Where:- For outdoor events we usually meet at The Red Kite car park at 1.30pm and share cars from there. The organisers will check parking, entrance fees and tea facilities.

Sometimes we meet at Erica's house or other members' home at 1.30pm.

The aim of the group is to look at local wildlife. We usually go for short walks, often in nature reserves. We try to find and roughly identify flowers, fungi, insects, other invertebrates, mammals and any passing birds.

We try to increase our knowledge of local wildlife. Our walks are usually quite short as some of our members are less mobile than they used to be. I try to indicate in the email to members how hard the walking will be.

We usually finish with tea at a café or a member's home.

Details will be sent out about a week before each meeting.
