Walking Netball is a friendly and inclusive sport (open to ALL members). It is netball, but at a walking pace where the rules are slightly tweaked with No running or jumping!. This is gentle exercise aiding coordination and general well-being, but above all it's fun!

We welcome new members to our group, so do come along and give it a try and make new friends!

The group plays every Wednesday, weather permitting on the tennis court in Aston Clinton Park. Sessions cost £5 per person, payable to our coach/host and participants should register before the sessions. If we do not meet the minimum requirement of 10 members, to make it viable, the session will not go ahead so please email Dawn T prior to the session if unable to attend. The weekly charge includes court hire, public liability insurance, equipment etc (and a jolly good time!).

N.B: From November through to the end of February we will move into the Gym at Green Park, Stablebridge Road, Aston Clinton for the winter. This will enable us to continue our weekly sessions indoors. The cost will then increase to £7 per session (which reflects increased venue hire, etc), payable monthly in advance by bank transfer to 'Aston Clinton u3a main account'. Information will be emailed to group members before November.

We are a very friendly group who look to improve our general physical, mental and emotional well-being.

For the sessions, please wear anything you feel comfortable to exercise in e.g joggers and t-shirt, and trainers.
