A guidance document has been produced by the committee of Aston Clinton u3a to assist with the smooth running of all its interest groups. This will assist those who may be considering starting a group for a particular field of interest as well as current Group Convenors in the day to day running of their groups.
Group Convenors' Guidelines - Jan 2026
It is important that any incidents that occur are properly reported. In the event of an injury being sustained by a member of a group, or other significant event occurring, an incident report form should be completed by the Group Convenor and forwarded to the Secretary without delay. Group Convenors should have a copy of the form at every meeting. The Incident Report Form can be downloaded from the link below.
